Good value and tastes like salt. Love that I can refill the grinder as well.

McCormick makes a grinder like this but it is expensive and the worst thing is trying to refill it. On YouTube they say to hold it under hot water and then pry the top off but when you're 82 that's ridiculous. I even boiled the water hoping to make the plastic pliable but no go. Now this product actually UNSCREWS so you can add more pepper corns or more sea salt. It grinds beautifully and reasonably priced. You like fresh salt and pepper then pick up one of these grinders!

I was not aware that the entire container would be plastic. All my other ones are glass with plastic grinder tops. The salt crystals are to fine to be ground up the grinder, which defeats the purpose.

This shaker doesn’t grind h the salt very well, leaving large pellets in your food. Fine for cooking but not good for extra on top of food.
