Replcement for a Creality CR10s4 platform motor
I bought this motor (x3) hoping for a good replacement for a burned out bed motor and so far it seems to be working fine. You will need to uncross the center two wires on the connecting cable or you will get undesirable results. Switching the wires was the hardest part of this motor swap. No other setting changes were required.

Best item for quality and value.
I like the availability of the item. I also like how easy and simple it is to replace the part for my 3D printer.

Nice little stepper with helpful connector
I usually purchase steppers from a different supplier, but I found myself in need of a NEMA 14 with a removeable pigtail connector. This fit the bill nicely and I had no issues mounting it with the standard M3 bolt holes.

A lot of torque, quiet, some QC issues
I bought 4 of these for my large format printer -- after about a week of heavy use 1 of them started seize up. I noticed that if you compress it by replacing the stock bolts with black oxide m3 hex bolts, i could get it to move a bit better, but it still had a dead spot, the bearings are fine, but the rotor catches inside the stator on one spot -- the others are fine. I really like these since I can run the cables, and if I need to swap the stepper, it's a simple process, an no cable mess is required, I just am hoping that rest of mine don't develop the same issue, as I really like how much torque they put out and how cool and quiet they run.I was able to find a replacement while these were out of stock, as the 60mm versions are not kept in stock very often, so I gotta keep replacements on hand in case another one has a similar issue. The seller is very nice and refunded me for the seized one, and they respond very quickly. I'm gonna assume just bad luck.

Incorrectly paired ground pins caused a surprise out of the box
I should have grabbed a video but I was more concerned with immediate problems with the motor to do so. Out of the box it looked and felt fine. Installed it and realized my old motor had a catch that this one does not. That made me happy for a moment. I hooked up the cable from the original motor and tested movements; this failed entirely and started freaking out the printer with its inability to move. After closer inspection I discovered the negative pairs were BACKWARDS. Not the motor pins as a whole, just the negatives. This caused the motor to engage and disengage rapidly, shaking, and failingto do its job. After figuring this out, the motor is now being tested via a print over 12 hours; if anything happens or changes, I will update this. That being said, I have ordered thousands of motors for my work and many more for hobbies and printers, and I have never ever once recieved a motor with an inappropriately botched pair of grounds. I've had plenty that the groups were reversed from what I had, but that's not an issue of function and is not what I call an issue.TLDR the positive pins operate correctly and the negative pins are wired opposite of the norm, causing opposite polarity than it should after each attempted step (think 1 forward and 1 back over and over rather than each step moving forward ad it should), which made a total lack of movement and very bad engagement of the steppers.

Great product and support
I purchased this to replace the stepping motor that came on my Ender 5 Plus. It had a press-fit gear so it wasn't compatible with my direct drive kit. Received this in no time and installed it even faster. It works just as good, if not better than the original Ender motor. My delivery came with a damaged wire but after contacting the seller, they replied the same day and offered to send me a replacement, which I received a two days later. Would easily buy from again.

Exact replacement!
I have a Creality CR-10 and I needed a new y-axis stepper motor. I found this one and prayed it would be what I needed...and it was. Perfect replacement to my old worn out motor and I'm back up printing again. Thanks!

Perfect Replacement for Creality CR10 S5 Y Axis Motor
Used this to replace the Y Axis Motor on my CR10 - S5. It fitted perfectly but does need the centre pins swapped as the seller states. I reused the Creality cable and if you are careful you can remove and reinsert the pins by lifting the white retraining clips with a small screwdriver. It has been running for a couple of hours now and is perfect.

Motor also montiert und angeschlossenen:Ohne Funktion. Alles doppelt geprüft, aber Motor war nicht zum Leben zu erwecken.Aus den genannten Gründen nur 1 Stern.
