Not Worth the Money
This leatherbound version was 6 times the cost of the original hardback. It is nice, and the quality was fine, but there is no way to justify this difference.

A good book, but "Made in USA" misleading (deduct 2 stars)
I pride myself on trying to support items made in 1st world labor markets... either USA, or EU, Japan, Korea, etc.. I bought this at the hefty price of $180 BECAUSE it staid in capital letters that it was made in the USA... I guess they were saying maybe the leather cover was... because in the back of the book it clearly says "Printed in China:" which sucks. I mean at least Hong Kong, but China? that usually means slipshod printing / quality of paper, and inks... even if they tell you otherwise.
