In accordance with desertcart's policy, I requested a replacement within the applicable return window. On 4 July 2026, I called desertcart Customer Care, and a customer service representative answered my call. I explained that the product was defective and was not functioning properly. It would sometimes disconnect from the power supply automatically without any apparent reason. Even when it remained connected to the power supply, it failed to make rotis as expected. I believed that I had been supplied with a faulty product and, therefore, requested a replacement. The customer service representative agreed to process the replacement request. However, after a minute or two, he informed me that he was experiencing a technical issue on his end. He suggested that the problem might have been caused by a slight mismatch between the shipping address and the default address on my desertcart account. Following his advice, I attempted to copy and paste the exact address he provided into the default address field. However, I was unable to do so and informed him accordingly. He then told me that he had successfully placed the replacement order. I immediately checked the "Orders" and "Returns" pages on my desertcart account but could not find any indication that a replacement request had been created. When I informed him of this, he assured me that there was nothing to worry about. He stated that the replacement order had been successfully placed and that it might take some time before it became visible on my account. Furthermore, he specifically assured me that I would receive an email from desertcart confirming that the replacement request had been created. Review: Excellent Product - I was using Libra Roti Maker since last 2 years. But it had serious quality issues regarding to non stick plates. So this time I have decided to go for Bajaj Vacco because it has marble splatter plates. These are far better plates then a regular non stick plates in terms of heat and durability. The quality of the product is far better then any other roti maker available. It is easy to use and tempreture control is accurately set for perfect chapatis. Go for it. ### ⭐ Poor Product Performance and Usability *by A***I on 12 August 2025* The product is not working as expected. When placing the dough ball in the machine, it doesn’t produce the size and texture shown in the images. I followed all the steps, including those in the YouTube tutorial, but it didn’t help. On top of that, I have to hold the hand bar for more than 5 minutes just to make a single roti, and the heat from the product is so high that it’s uncomfortable to stand near it for long while pressing the hand bar. Unfortunately, I purchased the product without noticing there’s no return option.
