Like - good quality Lenovo t490 Thinkpad. Its a refurbished unit with very minor usage mark and in full working condition. Very quick, large memory 1.8ghz, core i7 and comes with windows 11 pro.Only gripe is on the sellers photos it shows the machine with finger sensor security / access. Mine didn't have one and the seller said there were no guarantees there was this option on the remaining Thinkpads.Customer service were quick to reply to my concern - and confirmed the picture showing the thinkpad with finger sensor was a mistake and offered a £20 reduction off the price.All in all I'm very pleased with the laptop. It also comes with touch screen, camera with security shutter plus illuminated keyboard.Saved a big amount of money by going down the refurbished route. Amazon provide 12 month warranty too.

The media could not be loaded.  The laptop looked brand new, but within an hour of using it, the screen went black and it wouldn't start again. I immediately initiated a return process. Now I'm reconsidering whether buying a second-hand computer is really a good idea.

Received today. Laptop came very well packaged. Body and screen immaculate - you would think it was brand new, not a refurb! Everything is working as it should. Excellent value for money. Very happy!

Pleased with the quick delivery and overall condition of the refurbished item. However I had a disappointment to see that the device does not have any AMD graphics card shown in the item description. This was the main reasons that I selected this product. This may not be of any cause of concern to other users but was very important for me.Aside from the above I have nothing else to say. I have just started using the laptop and will do a final review after a week or so.I am returning after a week. The laptop has a few issues 1) excessive heating up , looks problems with the thermals / hard drive or the processor itself. 2) poor battery life - it was supposed to retain power for 12 hours but the battery completely discharges between 1-2 hours. I have given my feedback to the seller, but still awaiting its response. I will be requesting return for refund.

Laptop arrived a day early and spec is as described...plus additional bonus of touchscreen which I think was an optioal extra on the model.Battery has 90+% capacity. Early days but so far very pleased with the purchase.
