The product is great, I have ordered it several times. However, the package was delivered to the wrong place.

Started off mediocre, went downhill quickly
Did an ok job the first few days I used it, but didn't cut quite as smoothly and closely as the Braun shaver head. A week or so into use, it was pulling more and cutting less. Ended up buying a real Braun replacement head by the end of the 2nd week. Spend a few dollars more and get the actual Braun brand replacement, you won't regret it.
