This is my kittens’ favorite toy.
My kittens love this and play with it multiple times a day. I used to buy the plastic ones with the scratcher in the middle and my cats wouldn’t touch it. Because it’s wood it makes a clinking sound that they like when the balls hit each other (it sounds like they’re playing pool) and they glide more smoothly around the circles. It’s definitely worth the money— I bought two.

Kittens love it!!!
We are fostering 2 5 week old kittens and this is perfect for them. It helps them develop their minds and coordination but also is a simple design without feathers or hooks or plastic they can end up getting caught in or hurt. 100% recommend

Solid, well designed toy. But. . .
This is such an adorable cat toy. It took less than a minute to assemble it and it is just beautiful. But, my cat has no interest in it at all. I have no idea what the problem is but she will happily chase a straw or any random toy but will not touch this toy at all. Again, it is well made and a nice design. The problem is my cat!Edited in August 2023 : Yep. problem was my cat. Lent this to a cousin and their cat is in love with this toy. Comes back to it again and again and is just fascinated by it!

Montessori for cats
My husband put it together in a couple minutes and, after playing with it himself for a few additional minutes, set it out to tempt our lazy felines to activity. Success was mixed. Trey ignored it (he's 15 and his policy is to ignore everything but me). Albert Milkstache McMuffin considered it, batted at it, claimed it as his and returned to his perch. Cheetos was under the bed for this experiment, as is his wont. Since then, I believe Albert (our youngest) has been enjoying it. Cheetos might desire to play with it but is afraid of both it and Albert.Meanwhile, it is compact, not a major tripping hazard and absolutely beautiful. It fits well in our cat room which is already quite packed with a full tree and additional scratching post for each cat and scattered toys of various types and sizes. It's just heavy enough to stay where it's put, despite Albert's attempts otherwise. The natural wood tones (the balls appear to be a paler wood) would not be at all out of place in a Montessori minimalist's child's room.Regardless of the cat's opinions, I very much like it. Recommended for cats, babies, easily entertained husbands and strange but lovely table decor.

Cute cat toy.
My cats have a plastic game like this, but I was attracted to the wooden design of this one. It's a bit smaller than expected (8-9 inches wide), but it assembles quickly and is quite sturdy and durable. So far my 2 cats have been ignoring it, but that doesn't mean they will start to play with it one day when I least expect it.If your cat is into this kind of toy, this would be a great choice.
