Yes, this is my second Metro 30 as I have finally nearly worn out the first one. As a medium-sized female, it is comfortable to wear with the security of a waist strap and a chest strap. It is big enough to take food and clothing for an all-day hike in changeable weather and has come with me the length of the West Highland Way, the Anglesey Coast Path and St Cuthbert's Way as well as being an invaluable extra shopping bag. Amazing how much it will carry! Phone goes in front pocket; there are two side bottle pockets; the partitioned smaller part of the main bag has a fixed hook for key safety and the main compartment has a padded divider for laptop or tablet.The only downsides: it's not waterproof in a downpour, and it's all too easy to catch the fabric of the piece that covers the zip, in the zip itself. Especially if you are impatient and/or clumsy.However, it is one of the cheaper models on the market and is really good value for money.

Love this bag. Love the colour inside and out. I'm going to be using it for day hikes and it looks like it will hold everything I need. The padded back bit is very comfy, the chest straps adjust up and down to suit the wearer and waist strap is great. Im really looking forward to using it.

I bought this bag 2 years ago, I use it when going to work on my bike to carry my laptop and all my work stuff and lunch, I use it for shopping and use it when travelling. It carries so much, but is so comfortable it doesn't weigh you down. It is fully waterproof, having used it through winters and heavy rain and no damage to my laptop or wet stuff, everything always stays dry. I have washed it in the washing machine on a gentle wash once or twice. It still looks like new. Some ruck sacks tend to tear round where the straps connect to the bag, but not on this one. I expect it to last for years more. If you are considering buying this then go for it, you wont regret it.

Looks very nice and in this colour quite cheerful. A little bit on a thin side - it's taken time to get used to opening zips in such thin backpack and putting in a laptop slowly. I would be prepared to pay a bit more for something more sturdy.
