Hello got my shilajit today. I opened it smelt it. It smells very earthy but you can cope with it. Taste wise it’s ok never tasted anything like it before. I like it. You get 3 little wood sticks with it. The smell and the taste isn’t as bad what people make out it is think their just being dramatic. I like il cope with it it’s fine

Can already see fast metabolism benefits the shilajit sold by this supplier I'd say is 100% real, it dissolves very quickly in warm water and passes the fire test, would definitely buy it again this thing is probably gonna last me ages, been taking it daily since I got it.

Have been taking this for a while now and definitely see the difference. I've noticed an increase in energy but not something that keeps you up at night, just helps you get through long afternoons. The difference was noticeable after taking daily for some time. It has a subtle flavor but for the most part not something I really notice. Would recommend you give it a try.
