I really love the cubes however the zipper on the toiletry bag broke after the first time using it.Please let me know if it is a possibility to return and get a new one.Thanks

But the zipper broke on the second use, also one of the straps broke.

They work well. I can fit a lot more than expected into each cube. However I feel like the zippers won’t last more than a year
