The media could not be loaded. *****"UPDATE 10/15/24******* Ive never received an update. They want me to video tape the heater not working. What's there to video tape? The damn thing has a short or something in it. Total lack of support from this place. So, I can't recommend this company.*****UPDATE***** 9/8/2024 - my fireplace insert is defective. Just turned it on the heater for first time with cold front that just came through. The unit won't stay on more than 30 seconds with the fireplace lights going. If fireplace lights are off, it'll stay on a minute or two, and then abruptly shuts off for 30-60 minutes. I've filled out one of their forms for a replacement. Let's see how that goes.Got this today. UPS sucked. They wouldnt bring it up the 3rd floor walk up. They said the 91lb box was too heavy for them. I slid it up 3 flights of stairs myself.This took about an hour and half to put together. Only one little hiccup with the inside walls of the stand. Had something backwards. Fixed it before it was all put together. So watch those instructions. They arent super clear.I used real wood glue instead of what they provided.This seems nice and sturdy. Especially for it being cheap particle board material. Doesnt wobble or anything. I hope itll be able to accommodate a 65” tv. Its 58” long.Im happy with this purchase.Just a FYI - the heater, when engaged turns on and off by itself. Doesnt mention that anywhere.
