Nothing fancy but works and like the biodegradable cups

Happy to stop using plastic feeding cups that go straight to the landfill, or thin paper ones that falls apart from the humidity and water in the food.

I will continue to purchase these over and over again to feed my crested gecko. Crested gecko food can get messy and harden, therefore hard to clean. These cups are easy to dispose of and better for the environment than plastic. They also come with a huge quantity despite the low price.

I wish that they were a little bit bigger, as the holes on my gecko food platforms are small and these sit a bit below the edge. However, they hold the perfect amount for one gecko, and she thick enough not to get soggy from the goop or even plain water.

My gecko has been very happy with this upgrade! Will definitely be getting it again for any future gecks!

I switched to these cups when the plastic versions became unavailable. I use them for gecko food and water. I was concerned that, since they are basically made from paper, they wouldn't hold water very well. But they hold water for at least as long as you would want to leave it in a gecko enclosure. I have not noticed any swelling or leakage. And, since they are much better on the environment than the plastic alternative, I am not switching back.

I got these because I have a guilty conscience with the use of plastics. I have a ceramic dish for my crestie, but he/she does not like to use it. They prefer the platform on the side of the terrarium instead. So, after multiple washings of my tiny plastic bowls, I had to stop using them and decided to try these out instead.The side is perfect for my suction platform, almost identical to the plastic dishes. But, the food dries out much quicker in these than the plastic dishes. Of course, it does, because it's pourous. I get that. But, that changes the timeframe of when I place the food in my crestie's terrarium. Before, I could add it early in the day and it be find till the next day, but now I need to make sure not to place it until just before bed, otherwise it will likely be too dry by nightfall when my crestie gets the munchies.Great purchase, if not for the fact that these are completely a one-use only cup.

I like that it’s compostable. However it is not the standard crested gecko cup size, it’s much smaller. This works fine for me since I have a feeding ledge, but this would not fit in the clear acrylic suctioning cup holders that many crestie owners use. I hope they sell it in the standard size too! That’s what I’ll order next.
