2023 New Neck & Back Stretcher, Back Stretcher, Multi-Level Adjustable Spine Board (Blue)

I have to admit to some skepticism before purchasing this back stretcher, but after only a few uses, it is already delivering excellent results. I find it helps work through muscle pains after daily work outs quickly and leaves my muscles feeling more relaxed. The material is quite strong and I can tell it will not wear out quickly. This is not like the soft, body-conforming material often found in pillows and cushions; instead, this is a solid form with just enough of a slight give to allow for gentle muscle stretching.

title is spot on, it is a Neck & Back Stretcher, nothing more. I have tried this every day for the last month, I have felt no significant change in my condition. I may or may not be doing it 100% correctly but it seems pretty straight forward. More of a novelty than a medical assist device.
