this hula hoop is a incredible. ive been working with it 3 weeks, heres the thing thou starting out it is a torture device. the first week i only used it twice for 10 min at a time and i developed dark purple bruises the size of softballs on my love handles. they hurt, but now im on my third week and i can use it for an hour with no bruising or pain. my oblique muscle are tighter larger but my waste line is going down. it broke down the fat in my love handles i think. again this is a mean piec of equipment and i was in good shape to begin with. i recomend this highly. dont push to hard, take your time getting used to it, and once your sides toughen it feels awesome. thanks good luck.

Hurts. Hurts real bad. Currently use it as a shoulder massager because it's not a nice hula hoop. The massage balls are super hard plastic. Every now and again I'll try it the way it's intended; thinking maybe I'm a wuss. Nope. Hurts. Hurts real bad.

I am a Hoop Lover and was excited to add this to my collection! It's really cool looking first of all, love the colors. Only con is that it's a hard plastic no rubber coating. Fairly easy to assemble. Overall a nice hoop. I like the massaging spheres. But it could be painful for a newbie. Decent weight...probably around 4lbs.

This is extremely heavy and uncomfortable! The material is rough and hurts! You can not get used to that!

Well, this thing left bruises on my hip area! It's painful at first but you get used to it. But i must say i am seeing results even tho I have only been using it for a short time tho this could just be the result of proper diet and exercise. We'll see what happens after a couple months. Its very good quality same as picture and as described.

Love it. Pretty good quality for the price. Of course it is painful, but beauty is not without pain.... GET OVER IT AND DEAL WITH IT! You know what you are buying. Plus, you get over the pain after a few uses. If it is painful, just wear a sweater the first time you use it (for more padding). It gives some results but really your going to see it if you diet (weight loss is 60% diet, 40% workout usually give or take for most people). It helps tone and burn some calories, but to see results you have to diet to.But for the product itself: great product for the price. Shipping is solid to.

Easy to put together, big and heavy. Good if you know what you are doing. Do expect some bruising initially as your body adapts to it. Easy to take one section out and make it a little smaller and lighter. Overall a nice product.

Some pieces got broken off and are rolling around inside the hula hoop so that you can hear it. But so far it has been fine in terms of use
