Brilliant but make you have knowledge of how to use it
Brilliant product, great software as well. just remember this isn't a plug-and-play box, you will need some understanding of IPTV and setting the device up. Otherwise it's a 5/5

Fast. Good quality. Timeshift and record.
Fast good quality playback. Timeshift works well with connected SD card. Schedule records to connected network drive without issue. Happy with the device.

Good but has serious limitations
Got this media box today to replace an Amlogic X88 King bacause of a recently discovered malware residing in the firmware (ok - China is doing its usual tricks).The Formuler is good, well made and has a tidy interface but be warned it also has some serious flaws which I found out the hard way. If you like to play downloaded movies the built in media player has problems with the aspect ratio - you need to adjust for every movie. It refuses to display subtitles despite having the subtitles folder available and lastly it has numerous audio codecs missing (no sound).It is best to download and install the Kodi app which plays just about everything you throw at it.Another serious problem with this box are the supported formats for external drives and USB sticks - IT DOES NOT SUPPORT exFat. It only supports FAT 32 (which is useless with its 4GB limit) and NTFS. So if you are a Mac PC user forget it. There is no way you can transfer your movie to an NTFS formatted USB stick that you plug in to this box. Luckily I am a Windows PC user so its not much of a bother, otherwise I would have returned this box straight back to Amazon. This serious limitation is not mentioned anywhere in the specs. Very bad! And wait for it......there is absolutely no way to contact Formuler directly for support! (classic)Overall it is a good box with smooth and good quality video but it is by no means perfect. If you are an Apple Mac user and like playing movies from a stick or a hard drive then avoid like the plaque.

Great piece of technology.
I had the Formuler Z8 pro before this and it was like changing from a Mini to a Jaguar. MyTV online 3 is a big improvement and playback is very smoothe. I would highly recommend this for value and technology.

Amazing service, amazing product!!!
Absolutely brilliant purchase, I just love this....I used to use cheap android boxes but these are a premium device and in a totally different league. Mytvonline3 is a very polished app. Nice remote great 4k pictureDefinitely recommend!!!!
