AC InfinityRack Mount Drawer 4U with Aluminum Faceplate, with Lock and Key, for 19” Equipment Server AV DJ Cabinets Racks

I purchased the 4U, 3U & 2U, needless to say they came in with enough foam and material around them to keep them from being banged around, I stack them one on top of the other and they work great with no issues, they open and close smoothly with no interference, the only complaint that i have was that on one of the drawers (3U) they left the lock in the locked position and ended up scratching the inside face of the drawer, not a big deal since you can't really see it when it's closed, other than that they are near perfect. would definitely purchase more if needed in the future.

Initially I was thinking about purchasing the 2U version of this drawer. How very satisfied I was that I chose the 4U instead. This drawer is perfect for storing patch cables, screwdrivers, bits, and pretty much anything else that is needed for a server rack enclosure. The quality of this drawer is very impressive, slides smoothly and closes gently. It does come with a mat that goes inside the drawer that is nice to have.My only "want" would be the ability to purchase dividers or some form of organizer designed for the interior.

I purchased this on a bit of a whim. I had spare room in my AV/Network Rack, and I thought it might be convenient to store some “stuff” in the rack. It has turned out to be incredibly useful. Being 4U, I have a lot of room. I now keep a set of tools I use to install and test the network as well as spare network and AV cables in there. It is great to always have the right tools in the right place when you need them.Build quality is top notch as well. It is made from a sturdy grade of aluminum or steel. I’m not sure which but it is stout. The handle actually folds into the drawer, so nothing to bang your shins on. An added bonus is the drawer is lockable.It really deserves 5 stars but I gave it 4 because, like I previously stated, it’s hefty, and that makes it really difficult to install it by yourself.

Item is great for the cost. I selected this item because it had a deeper drawer. It is not as heavy duty as others that cost much more. I had no issues with the mounting hole alignment like was mentioned in other reviews. You have to realize that you may need to move up one hole for all the mounting holes align. I like the brushed black aluminum look. It is a dust magnet though, maybe because it was wrapped in plastic and had static charge. I like the hiding handle. The handle mount screws are sharp on the inside so be careful. I liked that it came with mounting hardware and a non slip mat. I purchased 2 and both have the same key. It was well packaged from factory with foam and cardboard supports. I opted to have item shipped not showing the item so came double boxed. Overall I am very pleased with this item. I would recommend it.

These are ideal for cabinets in a camper. The aluminum front plate and the thin gauge metal keep weight down while the lock keeps them secure. The drawers all slide in and out smoothly. Recommended.

Pros:- Useful. To be able to store networking/server-related items in the rack is very handy,- Well built. The drawer is not heavy steel. However, it is the right thickness and weight.- Stylish. This is a premium network rack drawer.- Functional. Enough space to store tools, drives, and cables. The lock is more of a deterrent, than "fort knox". Appears to have the ability to have cables pass through the back.- Affordable. Competitively priced.Cons:- None identified.

After spending considerable time to find rack mount drawers for my studio desk, none of which get perfect reviews, I settled on 3 of these despite some bad reviews. I try to take the good with the bad, and usually read the 2 and 3 star reviews as they are generally the most informative. But unfortunately in this case, I have to agree with several of the other fairly negative reviews. Before I get to the negative, I would say that overall this could be great. It’s sturdy construction, it looks nice, they roll nicely, and I will probably even buy one more now because I need a forth drawer and I want them all to match. BUT - and I really wish there wasn’t a but, they are far from perfect. Out of 3 drawers, one of them was bent on the end (just like other pictures had shown) despite the packaging being in perfect condition, so it had to have gone out that way. When I pulled the tape off of the bent drawer, the paint came off with it. Next, out of all three drawers, NONE close correctly. Every one of the them closes completely on the left side, while leaving a gap on the right side. Lastly, as others have said, two of the three drawers had holes that do not line up with the racks. I was able to get them mounted by placing the bottom screws in before the drawer was flush, and then tightening everything down. Not ideal, but they work for what I need. I will touch up the paint and live with the fact that they don’t close flushly. I just wish they were perfect!The seller told me I could send all drawers back for a refund, but who wants to deal with unmounting from the racks, re-packing these heavy boxes and standing in line at the post office with a hand-truck to return. We use Amazon to avoid all that. I think most sellers are well aware that most people won’t spend a couple hours putting up with this level of inconvenience. Sending a 4th drawer or a partial refund would be an acceptable solution. At the asking price, these should be perfect, but if you don’t mind the imperfections and and have a lot of money to blow - you’ll likely get a drawer that works for you.

Exactly as described. Arrived in original packaging, was packaged well and undamaged. Perfect fit in 4U. Smooth glide on opening/closing. Came with 2 keys for the lock. Would buy again.

Well packaged and arrived undamaged. Fits the rack perfectly and provides great storage. Handy cable exit point on the back of the drawer if you want to house a switch or other wired device inside.

Really nice drawer! We'll made, smooth, nice handle that can hide out of the way and seems to be strong.

All in one piece. No separate rails bottom or sides. Four bolts and installed.
