Best Pan I’ve Ever Owned
I bought this pan/pot 2 months ago, and I like it better than any pan I have ever owned. I especially like it’s proportions (has greater depth than a skillet), it’s size (big but not so large that it’s hard to handle), it’s shape (curved bottom makes it a stew pot/tall skillet cross), it’s glass lid (easy to keep an eye on it), it’s quality & beauty (high quality steel with gold accented lid & side handles), and it’s ease of cleaning (I always cook on low heat, and use non-scratch scrubbers with liquid dishwash det. &“Bar Keepers Friend” only, to keep it’s nice finish). Also, even though I don’t need this, for those who do, it is induction-ready.

I like it, but others might not
I love the shape, light weight and size of this pot. I bought it to hand mix sourdough bread, but made some soup in it yesterday. As others have reported, it discolored. If that's a deal breaker, you'd probably need to find a better quality pot. I have a lot of heavy, All Clad pots and pans and wanted something lighter. so I'm happy with it.

You don’t need non-stick kitchen wear.
Its old world class meets function. Very nice classic look made of quality materials. And those handles, although metal, only get warm to the touch. Easy to clean, and after a few wipes with an abrasive sponge, it looks like it came out of the box. Would prefer a slightly deeper design. 4 quarts takes it to the brim.

Great Dutch Oven
Got this as a surprise for my daughter and son in law for Christmas because I noticed that they needed a smaller size cooking pot, and they love Cuisinart products. Less than a week after Christmas she told me they absolutely love the dutch oven because of the size and versatility.

It’s ok
Nice, I’m using it now, not as heavy duty as I would have like for the price.

So nice
Cuisinart makes a quality pan. It's the best looking pan I've ever seen, and would make a wonderful gift.

Terrible quality
I have used this one time amd the quality is terrible. The pan is already discolored - I should have listened to others reviews. Going yo try to return it.

One of the best Dutch ovens I had ever purchased!
I love the big open surface to cook. The gold handle adds to the joy in cooking somehow as I feel that all I make with this pot will come out in style. It's not too heavy like some other Dutch oven which is a bigplus for me.

A pity Cuisinart cookware is not sold in the UK
All this great cookware I brought to the UK when I moved permanently from the States. I have Cuisinart stainless steel cookware that is about 35 years old so they wouldn't work on the induction hub in the UK. I also have Chantal cookware also about 35 years old. Both of these products, after all this time and cooking are in great shape. Pricey yes, but it was worth it. Which brings me back to the review. My Chantal works on the induction hub as it is enamel over cast iron. However, my wonderful Cuisinart sauce pot that I used to make tomato sauce did not. Couldn't find anything comparable. I stumbled across this on Amazon and ordered it. It is has proven again to me that Cuisinart is worth the price. Easy to cook with, evenly heats, easy to clean, perfect for tomato sauce as it doesn't react with the stainless steel. If you are looking for a perfect sauce pot, a perfect Dutch oven, a perfect stew pot - this is the one. Forget the price - how often do you buy cookware. Buy good the first time and you are set.
