I've never seen one in a ceiling though **Q: Can it be fitted within the shower area** A: It would depend on what the hatch is covering I had a small hole in the ceiling put in to identify where rain was leaking into my apartment it was used to cover the area. If you have ideas re electrics then it isn’t a good idea.
