Access Panel 300mm x 500mm / 12" x 20" Plastic Inspection Door Hatch

Great price. Very slim and easy to fit. Just what I needed with an access panel. Does what it says on the tin.

It looks good and does the job only reason I e given it 4 stars is because it’s a bit flimsy but it’s not like you need to open it every day just now and again but overall I’m pleased with it

Very bad quality very flimsy saggy in the middle was ready to fit but due it been defective and been not stable had to remove and go and buy a decent one from Screwfix wasteing £30 pound and something that was the worst made I ever tried to fit only doing this so other people don't get caught out like I did

Bought to use as a neat ceiling access panel, but the plastic is so flimsy that the flap/door sags under its own very light weight. Now filed in the skip

Needed for access from a loft room wall to a bathroom ventilation fan. It fits well into the plasterboard wall between vertical studs and is just about large enough to access the fan. I couldn't fit a larger one due to distance between studs.

Works well at the moment

Arrive fast. Slight kink on one long edge likely to have been done in transit, easily sorted prior to fitting. Fitted using grab adhesive. Looks great.

Simplicity
