Worst product.. And Worst Amazon service
Please don't buy this product. when I received the damaged product, its not at all worth to buy. Along with that I bought this product with "open box delivery", but unfortunetly delivery agent didn't opened and checked this box. When I open the sealed packed box, I found it as damaged one. I raise issue with coustmer service, but they talked very roudly and said they will not be able to replace or return it. please think twice before buying it.

A must-have
Quite hesitant to buy this since the company is actually not a well known. However, this product is beyond my expectations. Used it a number times and extremely happy with it. Once it’s attached to my Ranger, I don’t have to worry about my camera at all. Made of perfect material. Does not feel like it is a cheap item like other companies sell. I now go to Ulanzi’s website first if I wanna buy something for my other cameras before looking at other companies.
