I bought these to use for my house plants. I love that I can set a humidity percentage through the app and the humidifier will maintain that humidity level. If the humidifier runs out of water it automatically shuts off and sends you a notification through the app. This unit is silent as far as I am concerned, the mist is very fine and is working well for my plants. I like that the unobtrusive lights in it (which can be turned off) let's me know if my current humidity near the humidifier is in its target range (green) or if it's dry (below target humidity, yellow/orange) or wet (above target humidity, blue). You can use the app to turn the device on/off and to adjust the humidity, this is also where you control whether the humidity indicator light is on or off. I recommend it highly, I am considering getting the size up to be able to cover more of my room space. This unit holds a full gallon of distilled water when filled from totally empty, if filling from auto-shutoff it will take slightly less than a gallon. They manufacturer recommends using distilled water to avoid lime scale as do I. We have very hard well water and uso g distilled has saved us from having to descale.

I have a Dreo wall hanging heater that I love so I thought I'd try this. It uses the same app and is easy to set up. I am ecstatic with this product. Extremely quiet and pumps out water vapor. Having the humidity level setting on a product at this price point is amazing. The ambient lighting feature doesn't provide any value to me and seems to be a silly feature. Definitely the right size for a traditional bedroom for non McMansion houses. A little undersized for a normal living/family room. I have soft water so do not get calcium build up. There are no complicated filters although you can buy a filter to add on from Dreo. Cleaning is simple. I love that there aren't consumables that cost money constantly. Extremely satisfied with this product.

This is a cool machine. The app works well and is easy to use. It is a quiet unit and will kick out the moisture if you set it on high. We have set the unit on high humidity and had the entire house look smokey. We bought a second unit because we liked the first so well. It's light to refill and last a few days depending on the moisture output. On a separate note. I can speak on the DREO brand and people that work there as well. We had a slight problem with one unit and they replaced the unit with very little difficulty. If you want a quality humidifier, here it is. I'm not a paid actor just a user with a humidity controlled house.

update: The second unit I got also started to show the same degradation, albeit this time I caught it early when only one crack showed and quickly put some silicone sealant over it. It's nowhere near as bad as the first unit and not leaking (still it looks like the tank started melting somehow..) I contacted the manufacturer to tell them what happened, and they responded within a few hours. They offered to sent a replacement unit at no cost to me, or for a refund; as I wanted the features that came with the unit I took the replacement. (and with shipping costs these days it'll probably cost as as the unit just to ship it back), so they didn't ask for the replacement, just wanted a photo of the label and serial number. Within a week I got the replacement unit, so I'm glad they have good CS and that the warranty service was quite painless. Second EDIT: Well, this is rather upsetting. in the middle of the night, I woke up to use the restroom and saw that the tank had turned off because it was empty. This was odd because I had filled it up only a few hours earlier, I saw that the tank had leaked water all over the table, damaging my books that were on there. I thought, "Stupid me, I didn't put the float back in correctly" But as I was carrying the tank to the bathroom to fill it, I felt something sticky on it, looking at the tank, the left side had cracks all along the bottom seal, and it looks like the sealant they used to glue it together had somehow dissolved and left spiderweb cracks all along it. I refilled the tank and it immediately leaked all over the place. I have NO idea how the heck that happened since I followed all the instructions to a T, cleaning it every 100 hours, making sure no essential oils got in the tank. No idea what happened. >:( Luckily the return window was still open for 3 more days, but shoot, I woulda be ANGRY if that happened just after. My books are still ruined though :| EDIT: After running the unit for 18 hours on high, it managed to raise the RH from 35% to 45% which is where I generally like it. Still kind of annoyed it took that long, but it's keeping the RH steady. I got this to replace an air-o-swiss humidifier that had a busted hygrometer and cracked tank. I got this because of the claims of a might finer mist with better performance. Alas, it's not very good. Even at maximum the mist output is not very strong (the images outright lie), it looks to be similar to the medium setting on my old unit. Normally, It takes about 20 minutes to raise the humidity 10% in my room at maximum. I've run this unit at full for 5 hours and I've raised it a total of... 3% This is definitely not able to keep up. The hygrometer on the unit is fairly accurate (it's within about 2% of a calibrated room sensor) The unit doesn't use essential oils to diffuse, but rather it goes into a tray onto a pad where the air intake is and sucks the sent into the fan and disperses it that way, so it's not very strong.

I have used this product for several months. I like the streamlined shape and compact size that make it easy to have on my bedside table. I like the versatility of adjusting the mist flow. The readout for humidity level is very helpful as I live in a typically dry climate. It is very quiet compared to other humidifiers that I have used in the past. The app works great to let me know when the humidifier needs assistance or water refill. It shuts off automatically when it no longer has water in it. The tank is easy to remove and refill. The filters are very easy to replace and easy to order replacement parts

Nice product, very quiet, cool light and the ability manually or auto control is great. We never had one before but this was needed, we have a bit of a larger room so we have to close the door to get the full effect of it. Probably needed a bigger one that this one for the room but for a smaller kids room probably works great. It still does the trick in the larger room it just takes more time. We moved it closer to where we sleep to get it to work sooner, we first placed it in a corner further away, but it great either way. Cool color changing effect, easy to maintain.

Quick delivery and nicely packed. It works great. Very good for standard rooms size. Not for massive or very big rooms. It detects humidity ratio in the room and App works fairly well. Good product. I hope it will last, so let's see its performance after a few months of use. For the moment I consider it to be a great choice.

Très bon produit, efficace et silencieux, vraiment ! Efficace : j'ai un hygromètre précis qui me donnait une valeur plus basse que celle indiquée par l'appareil et j'ai d'abord pensé que celui de l'appareil indiquait un peu ce qu'il voulait... Mais en fait, c'est normal, il faut attendre que l'appareil ait rempli la pièce d'humidité et au bout de quelques dizaines de minutes les deux donnent bien la même valeur. Silencieux (ou presque) : j'ai l'oreille très sensible et le moindre bruit me réveille. Je craignais d'être obligé de l'éteindre la nuit pour pouvoir dormir, mais à ma grande surprise, il ne m'a pas dérangé en étant posé sur une table à 2 mètres de ma tête, en mode nuit bien sûr ! Je ne l'ai que depuis 2 semaines, mais la construction à l'air de bonne qualité et je pense qu'il va durer dans le temps. En plus, il n'est pas moche, discret et à une bonne contenance qui permet de ne pas avoir à le remplir pendant plusieurs jours. Mais ceci dépend beaucoup de votre environnement, chez nous, le chauffage n'étant pas encore allumé, le besoin d'apport en humidité n'est pas encore très important, donc à voir... Passé ces considérations, pour le moment, je recommande chaudement !
