MobileDetect Pouch Residue Detection Multi-Drug Test Kit - Rapid Surface Residue Detector

Worked as described and was very straight forward. I searched this product on YouTube to watch a quick video on how to use it and the results turned out how I expected.

Fast & easy, simple to use. Although first test worked flawlessly, the second one was a little finicky when inserting half way & the crack for the liquid. The liquid didn’t fully come out but a little shake & reinserting the swab fixed the issue.

This product did not work correctly. The right side strip was unable to fully deploy into the pouch. After I depressed the ampoules, some broken glass, or plastic from the inside, fell into the bottom side and obstructed the strip from fully inserting/becoming wet. This rendered the test invalid. When I tried to contact the company, they offered me a return with a refund, only if I drop off the broken used test at Whole Foods. This seems unsafe and hazardous to any workers who need to handle it as the test is now open and contains chemicals. I should be able to receive a refund Simply with my images. I don’t understand the reason why the manufacturer would request for open chemicals to be returned to Amazon, where they will be handled by any number of workers, putting the workers at risk of exposure. The directions indicate wearing gloves while handling. Note my last picture shows after I removed the strip, which would not depressed fully. You can see the small particles of glass on the strip.This was a waste of money in time and increase the frustration. I’ve already experienced at what I found in my home.

Pay close attention to the time window stated on this product. When I used it, it determined that the substance I suspected was present on some of the items at my home, and I am fine with the test accuracy, but, you need to not evaluate the results beyond the time allowed for the test, as the acid will show positive after the time has expired, so, it's crucial to look at the results when it says to on the test. It's been a while since I've used them, but I believe it says to allow 3 minutes for an accurate reading. I've also tested items that I was aware of having a substance on it, and the test showed an accurate reading of positive, so I know they do what they are designed to do.

It left me still wondering and inevitably purchasing other tests. I felt one side was malfunctioning, for me it was the right... other people say the left. It was almost like there wasnt any liquid on one side. I ordered two of these and both times I was left scratching my head. They most likely need more liquid in them for better, more clear results.

My test had no reaction but after sitting it changed colors so I got nervous. But the customer support was great they answered my questions right away and let me know that happens over time because of oxidation. I was so relieved after that!
