As you know, there are multiple "ankle-sock" vendors out there. Some socks are quite comfortable, so are too thin, some last a long time, and some get eaten by the dryer monster. I normally buy these in bulk, and I give half of them to my son. These are good socks, and they've held up to frequent washing/drying cycles admirably so far.
