Build quality slightly suspect in regrds to the plastic handle
OK - so the handle fell away on use number 1. Not a good start. However, as I use this for camping its not a deal breaker and because the handle can still be used by slipping it up into the body recess it still works providing you remember it can come away (a bit like most camping kit really). As the handle is now "detachable" it will store inside the upper chamber quite nicely and you can always remove the retaining pin from the handle yourself if you wish to achieve this.COFFEE: Yes it makes a nice coffee - if you have a "home" version, this is the same but much smaller. My star rating reflects the fact the handle came away - but actually this is ok for that espresso sized coffee hit some people require in the morning and afternoon and sometimes in the evening or any other time "just because" :-) Its actually OK - just watch out for the dodgy handle. Oh - and its small enough to clean REALLY easily.

Can't live without this
I love this type of coffee maker and can't live without one. I have had loads during the years as I keep breaking their handles somehow. This has survived good few months for now which means it is good. I also like it is big because I love drinking my coffee from a mug.
