My son has had trouble sleeping. Falling asleep wasn’t an issue so much but staying asleep was. Once he woke up between 4-5am he was up for the day and always fatigued and exhausted. Melatonin never worked for us because it gave my daughter nightmares and we wake up groggy. This is the best! We wake up refreshed and it feels like it takes the edge off and makes you sleepy but doesn't "take you over" if that makes sense. Like it doesn't feel unhealthy. And we can go nights with and without it as it doesn't make us dependent. I give it to my daughter and I take it myself on different nights and it's amazing! Highly recommend!

I use melatonin fairly regularly and have used many different melatonin products, and this holds up well to others and as far as how fast it works, is probably better than most. I slept very well the nights I used it, slept through the night, and didn't wake up feeling groggy or woozy.I really like that it's a spray, but I just can't get past the flavor. I don't hate citrus, though it's admittedly not one of my favorites, but I don't find this flavor very palatable at all. I'd love to try this product in a berry flavor or something else. Those who are big citrus flavor fans will probably be fine with it, though.

You cannot compare the effectiveness of this melatonin over traditional tablets. Because it’s in liquid form it gets absorbed super fast and my sleep has been amazing, no midnight wake ups, I’m hooked!
