Got this recommendation from a child therapist and it is fantastic for processing feelings in a co-regulated state. The illustrations I think are terrible, but to each their own for artistic preference, but other than that because my child can read, the words are what she uses anyway, but it is nice that they have a picture and words for little kids that might not not know the words yet.

I bought these to use with my 4th grade class and they are definitely working during our Morning Meeting time to go deeper into conversations that go beyond what you had for breakfast. The large size is helpful so everyone can read them. I'm hoping to use them in different kinds of groups with students in after school clubs too.

The cards are easily read and the words help inspire conversations. One can think about their needs and feelings and find the words to describe them.

Great for working on communication.

I was really skeptical about these cards, but I wanted to resolve some arguments that we haven’t been able to. Oh my goodness they worked so well! We stayed much calmer and were able to communicate much better. I’m very impressed with these.

I love this company and their cards are SO helpful with giving me and my kids a healthy way to communicate our feelings and needs in a fun and easy way. My 6yo and I used them to help us talk about a tough morning we had - it helped both of us see what was going on for the other person/ offer forgiveness and talk about what we could have done differently. The next day he referenced some of the same needs when remembering a tough emotion he dealt with at school 😍

I cannot say enough about how this game has revolutionized my life in how I show up for myself & others, how I communicate effectively my needs/values & feelings, and my development of empathy and NVC. I've used this game to foster healing and connections with hundreds of people online and face to face.

I got this as a couples intimacy builder, but after opening it, I don't think that we would even use it. My other half would laugh at me and think that I was incenuating that we had problems with our relationship and become defensive. It definitaly doesn't even look like it's any fun. I was just looking for a tool to keep us both close. This was not it and was very expensive. It is not the ONE.
