I've been using these Micro SD card readers for years now. They always work and their profile is low, which means it's easily transportable and I have never had one fail on me. I've had SD cards fail, but not this card reader. I use them to bounce files around and I also use them to add additional storage to my Fire TV devices so you can side load more apps. I also keep one of these plugged in to my laptop and my desktop computers. If you transport files around or need small portable storage, this is the one folks. SD card not included.

a little bit delicate

They're a little tough to open, especially when your hands are even slightly moist/sweaty/slick, due to how smooth the plastic caps are. A small texturized spot or indent to give you some grip would be great.This problem is probably less noticeable when they're on a keychain, as you'd have some leverage, but honestly I wouldn't trust these on a keychain with how small the loop is. Figure it'd break too quickly.Still, good option for the money.

I use these inside my car to provide music to the stereo & photos to the LCD display - they work very well for me, recommended!

I keep a 256g chip in two of them, two different formats, for phone and PC. Excellent aid to storage and backup.

I have a UBS A port in my portable speakers. I am using this item as the best way to avoid having to use a USB Port without having to use a long USB Stick. Love it! Bought some more to leave on my other portable speakers. Enjoy!

Needed small but reliable SD card readers for "road tapes" in the car stereos. These work perfectly.I had to remove some plastic flashing with a small screwdriver to insert my SD cards in one, but at this price I'm not complaining.

Bought 3 pack, tried all 3 with a number of different micro sd cards (all brands, all sizes from 32gb to 512gb). The computer sees the device as a reader, but can't see the installed card. Shows "no media". Don't waste your time with this.
