100mg size is all most folks need and this fits the bill nicely
Hard to tell how well the CoQ10 works as it's not like taking antihistimine; but I know from having taken 200mg and 300mg versions that it does not cause the stomach distress I had with those. Most folks usually don't need anything more than 200mg and the 100mg of this product is just what I needed.Most CoQ10 I've taken in the past were small gel cap versions and this is a regular capsule type for powdered products. Different but haven't noticed any problems.Seems like a good product and reasonable price/quantity. Until I figure out how to tell if it's not working I'll assume that it is.
