Very Sturdy, but not as heavy to lift as my old no stick pans. So far no sticking no staining easy to clean. Ordered more in other sizes. I recommend these.

Great pans - they are still perfectly nonstick after 3 months of frequent use (I only use butter or oil and don't use cooking spray as I've learned this can build up and ruin nonstick pans) they have a pleasant weight to them overall and a good bottom thickness, and the handles are very ergonomic. Easy to wash, easy to cook with, good ones!

One purchaser in a review commented that these pans will last a long time if you do not abuse them. Do not put them in the dishwasher. Nothing higher than medium heat if you want to cook a steak, use your cast iron. Use teflon utensils. These pans are also lightweight and great for eggs and sausage, sautéeing, light frying of any kind, nothing sticks. I wipe out any grease or food once cooked and wash lightly with dish detergent and water. The nonstick surface makes clean up so easy. Dry and put away with a paper towel separating the pans so they don’t scratch. These are my favorite pans and I use them daily. They are very durable if you follow the instructions that come with the pans. Mine have lasted, a year old and the nonstick surface is still good, the bottoms of the pans are still pretty clean. Handle size and design is very comfortable. They were packaged well. Keep the round cardboard that separated the pans in shipping (for separating tops and bottoms of your pans in the cupboard) It’s a great price for all that you get. I am very pleased with the quality of these pans. I bought a second set because a couple of things a year I need two 10 inch pans at the same time. Update: These pans are still as good as the day they were delivered. I use the larger ones two to three times a week, smaller twice a week. Surface is still flawless. Again I do not use temps above med to med high, tops. If I need high searing temps again, I use my cast iron. Always handwash which is easy because nothing sticks. I continue to be happy with the quality of these pans. 😊

Love these ceramic plans! They work great and clean up is easy! Wish I had bought them a long time ago. Feel so much better about cooking in these non-toxic pans.

These pans are great! Minus one star because before even using them one pan had a scratch on it. I didn't notice if it came like that or somehow I scratched it - I didn't even use it so have no idea how I could have scratched it. The scratch is on the side not on the bottom so it's still useable so I kept them.

Beautiful, easy to clean, the BEST nonstick pans I've ever had. All the rest go to Good Will. Late -- Well, that was true for a long time but they are no longer nonstick. I'm using a method of baking soda and vinegar to restore them, if possible. I'm wondering if ANY pans retain their nonstick quality! Final update: Well, the baking soda method worked like a charm. No more sticking! A big piece of advice is located on the internet -- do not put water in the pans when they are still hot. Instead, let them cool and then clean.

The color on these pans is so pretty! Obviously not the only reason I purchased them but the picture doesn't do them justice, it looks so sparkly. I cooked hamburger meat on this pan first and followed the instructions they sent with them and nothing stuck to the pan and was able to clean it with ease afterwards. Cooked the meat quick and the heat distribution was nice! I wouldnt recommend using metal utensils on it.

Final Thoughts While the pan has some good qualities, such as its durable build and non-toxic coating, the poor non-stick performance is a dealbreaker for me. I was really hoping this pan would become a staple in my kitchen, but I’m disappointed with how often food sticks to it, making cooking and cleanup more difficult than necessary. It’s a good-looking pan with some nice features, but it didn’t meet my expectations in terms of non-stick performance.
