I love when things perform the way you expect. This is my 3rd Yogi. The first one gave up the ghost after 4 years. It seems that the frame bent after constant bending by carrying it with one hand. The second one I still have and it works well. I always gave it support underneath. This new one has a screen that is larger, faster and stores more. I'm pleased.

Received the computer quickly. It was in a factory-sealed box in 100% perfect condition. It has performed flawlessly. Zero complaints!

This laptop I bought began to malfunction a month after I bought it. I had to restart the laptop frequently while it was operating since the cursor was disappearing. I returned the laptop and had to go through a lengthy process before getting a refund that was $100 US less. When I question why, given that there was a manufacturer's defeat, I did not receive my complete refund. The provider claimed to have received the goods damaged, which was the cause. Keeping in mind that I returned the shipment with the original contents that I had received and that no proof of receiving the laptop was produced. I would suggest against purchasing this laptop because I purchased the same laptop from a different vendor, and it stopped charging after a month.

The media could not be loaded. I love it! Size is perfect, big screen but doesn’t feel like a big device, it feels sturdy and solid. No issues with using it in “tablet mode”. Speakers aren’t as loud as I thought they would be but they’re really good nonetheless. No issues using it for business with diff programs opened ant the same type and also getting calls. Camera quality is great and Face ID/Finger Scanner works perfectly. Was able to do some light gaming (Sims, apex, etc) but I recommend lowering the graphics or fps, get the intel 7 if gaming is your main purpose for it.Colors in the screen are really good and no problem working under a lot of natural light. Shipping was fast and it came packed nicely protected.

Compré la computadora en febrero y decía que la garantía regía desde noviembre 24, la garantía se activó desde que el vendedor compró el equipo para revender, eso no me gustó. En general el equipo es excelente, lo recomiendo.

Great laptop good specs. Lives up to its description. No issues so far.

Mouse touchpad(mouse) randomly stops working. You can throne through a long process to get it back working but in two days it’ll be not working again.
