I also purchased the dumbell stack and the bodyweight stack which I have also been using and love! I tend to focus on different body areas each day so on my chest and back day I will take the chest and back cards out of each pack and mix them up to create a workout. Thete are lots to choose from to keep my workouts interesting and varied.
