This does help me keep track of the last application, so on really busy days I have a backup to remember the time of the last application. I recommend it if you take medications multiple times a day. Worth the money.

Perfect for irregular schedules, or even once a week, as you can see exactly when the last dose was. Nice and simple removable strap to attach to any pill bottle or container. If it snaps or isn't big enough, you can always use existing loops to pass your own strap or zip tie through.
