A tray ful of goodness
Nice size tray, able to fit more biscuits, bread rolls etc on to this. Would have liked it to be a tiny bit deeper but it’s function is ok.Also I did expect it to feel more solid than it does, however it hasn’t warped on me yet.

As I imagined these are excellent quality. I've lots of Silverwood cookware and I know these will perform perfectly.

the best baking parchment paper is unbleached, not white, but it marked on the Alan Silverwood with marks while the masterclass cannot be seen

A very high quality, solid baking tray from Alan Silverwood. Easy to clean under hot running water and to bake on it is a pleasure. Everything turns out very well baked and perfect. Will be buying more of these sheets in various sizes!!!
