Q: How many hours max do I need to wear this corrector?

I'm 45 and work long hours on a computer. Normally I wear it for 30 min to 1 hour every day. Sometimes I forget that I actually have it on, so when I return to slouching on my chair, the straps give a tug at the shoulders and back, signaling me to sit upright. It has definitely improved my posture.

The area around your belly button. I measured mine right smack on the belly button and got the right fit.
