Extremely Useful
Best thing my mechanically inclined son taught my husband and I about. No more jumper cables. If you or someone needs a jump, you literally hook it up, wait a couple minutes and start the car.

Absolutely works when you need it to! Slow charge can be a pain
I've had two separate instances of dead car batteries (one for my father, one for a friend parked against a wall). Both were resolved in a matter of minutes using this. Not much more you can ask for. The provided instructions are pretty clear, and the included carrying case keeps everything compact. The jump starter can also hold a nearly full charge (98%+) for over a year (I've owned a rebrand of this product since September 2022).One consideration is the charging speed—it's very slow. 0%-100% takes like 6-8+ hours. There doesn't seem to be any fast charging capability. Given how infrequently one should need to use and charge this, though, it's a minor blip compared to the most important aspect: it just works.

They "do" work...
But the electronics head on the cable will fall apart in your hand when unplugging them from the battery pack -my second use-The first use was great! Jumped my diesel truck no problem. That cable does plug in tight! Certainly weatherproof lol! Also, keep in mind this is a lithium battery! When lithium gets real cold, the ions are restricted from moving through the electrolyte to supply you power. Then your fully charged battery may need to be warmed up before it can be used. Not just pulled out of the back of vehicle on a freezing winter day when you really need it! Was like a 97% charged block of ice. No good on theThird use. Now y'all can make an informed decision about buying this. Hope this helps some people

Works Well, But With A Slightly Ominous Aside....
Let me start off by saying that I had the PERFECT test for this gizmo over the weekend. I have a 24-foot box truck that I use for work.. This year, I paused my business briefly in order to take care of some other pressing issues, but this particular weekend it was time to get back to work. Having sat for more than 3 months, I wasn't all that shocked when the van didn't start. I've used a similar jump starter when my car didn't start, so I was happy I'd ordered this one up and stashed it in my truck.Let me say first off what impressed me the most: it comes in a neat clamshell case. In the lower half is the charger and in the top are the cables, both for jump starting a car and for supplying power to devices if you need a quick charge for your cell phone or to run a device that plugs into an automotive 12V socket. Neat! The real test was when I went to start the engine. While its cranking was encouraging, I had to let it suck up some juice for a minute or two before I got it started on the 2nd try. Not bad! Even cooler, the LED meter on the jump starter still said "100%" after that ordeal, so I felt confident in shoving it back under the seat and going on about my day. Thankfully I didn't need it again, but I'm happy it's there!So...the "ominous part" is this: when I first received it, the directions naturally advise charging the unit before trying to use it. Trouble is, there's nothing in the instructions on HOW to charge it. Such an omission makes me question...well...much. Anyway, looking at the unit, there is a USB-C socket that is marked both "in" and "out," so I assumed (correctly) that this was where the charging cable goes. (My old jump box has a regular wall wart/pin socket charging system.) Not too hard to figure out, but the idea is that I shouldn't HAVE to.The more ominous part, though, is the extreme shortness of the cables, and how the instructions advise turning on the box before hooking up the cables. NOT a good idea, considering the explosive gasses (hydrogen) that come from batteries, especially those that are weak, which could cause a serious explosion! It's not anywhere in the enclosed literature, but I would advise hooking up the box/cables BEFORE turning the unit on. I'm weird like that. Lastly, I noted that the nice LED status screen on the charger looks VERY dim in outdoor sunlight, and even shading it with your hand doesn't help much. On the plus side there, however, is the LED status lights on the cable plug itself. They're very unambiguous, and there's a decent translation page in the manual. So all in all a good value, and something that can keep you from being stranded, late for work or otherwise stuck. It works well, which is THE most important thing, but given the size of the nits I had to pick, I couldn't give it all 5 stars in good conscience.

Great way to jump start your car if the battery dies and more!
I highly recommend the POWESU Portable Car Battery Jump Starter. It's a great way to jump start your car if the battery dies, and it can also be used to charge your phone, laptop, and other devices. The jump starter is very easy to use. Simply connect the jumper cables to the positive and negative terminals on your car battery, and then turn on the jump starter. The jump starter will boost your car battery, and you'll be able to start your car in seconds. The jump starter is also very compact and lightweight, so it's easy to store in your car. It also comes with a carrying case, so you can easily take it with you wherever you go.All in all, I've used the POWESU Portable Car Battery Jump Starter a few times now, and it has worked perfectly every time. I'm really happy with this product, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs a portable jump starter!

Long recharge time with a 1/2 A USB wall charger.
The unit doesn't come with a usb wall charger. So I used a Tablet USB wall charger rated at 1/2 A. It took 5.5 hrs to recharge from72%.
