A Delightful Journey of Love and Dreams
Title: A Delightful Journey of Love and DreamsRating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"Chase Me: A Broke and Beautiful Novel" by Tessa Bailey is a delightful and engaging read that will leave you wanting more. This book is the first in the Broke and Beautiful series and it sets a high bar for the rest of the series. The story revolves around Roxy Cumberland, a college drop-out who moved to New York with dreams of becoming an actress⁵⁶. To make some quick cash, she signs up to perform singing telegrams⁵⁶. Her first customer is a gorgeous, cocky Manhattan trust-funder⁵⁶. Their journey together is filled with unexpected twists and turns⁵⁶.Tessa Bailey's writing is indeed a revelation⁵⁶. Her ability to create a captivating narrative with well-developed characters and a compelling plot is commendable. The love scenes in "Chase Me" are practically incendiary⁵⁶, putting a fun, super-sexy spin on the classic “hot for teacher” trope⁵⁶.What I loved most about this book is its authenticity. The characters' struggles, their moments of joy, and their journey of self-discovery resonated with me on a personal level. The book is not just a romance, but a story of resilience, and the power of love.In conclusion, "Chase Me" is a must-read for all romance lovers. Fun and Fresh!
The freshness in Tessa Bailey's writing amazes me everytime. It's just the way she takes common tropes of Rom-coms and creates totally authentic stories with it..'Chase Me' was a quick and delightful read for me. I love Grumpy x Sunshine stories so just the description had me there. Pair that with an adorable couple and you have won me over..I really like Roxy as a character. She had her desire for independence and need to be successful on her own. Louis on the other hand was there everytime you needed him to be there. An Ideal (Book) Boyfriend..I finished the whole book in two days. It was definitely a fun read for me. Go pick it up and check for yourself!.Happy Reading ~~~Toodles.

A good start
Broke & Beautiful Series by Tessa Bailey, I didn't think I would like this series so much the moment I read the blurb for each book. Tessa Bailey is one of my all time favorite and auto-buy romance authors. I knew it was time to get back to her backdated books the moment I saw the cute new covers released. The three books were a good distraction and a quick read.Chase Me :I know at times Roxy & Louis felt irritated and quite forced, but I feel at times that's just how relationships are at the beginning until it all starts to settle in, isn't it? I liked the two cute chicks / friends - Abby and Honey (whom we read about in the coming books). I would have wanted to hear more about Louis's friends as well. The so-called banter between Roxy and Louis was kind off cute as well as the smut. I enjoyed reading this one and could not stop until the very end.

The Tessa Bailey magic is real.
Chase Me takes the spot for being my #2 Tessa Bailey book (only behind Secretly Yours) because this book was explosive, elusive, eventive and a lot many things I can't possibly list out here. This book kept me up and reading all through the night, just like how Louis kept Roxy up.Louis is sick with an intense wave of insta-love. A girl shows up at his bachelorpad dressed as a bunny and Louis is stuck with Cupid's Bow (it's as if Cupid's taken residence in New York permanently). Seriously though, what kept the novel going is the chemistry Roxy and Louise had. She's an aspiring (broke) actress. He's a (daddy's money) Lawyer. They hit it off from page 5 and it's been a rollercoaster since. Now there's an entire roaster of bachelors and spinsters in this novel and I would ✨perish ✨ if each of them gets a book. They totally should. Louis' besties, Russel and Ben, Roxy's rommies, Honey and Abby, all deserve a book on them each. And just as the title suggests there have been a lot of 'chasing' involved, typical of the Tessa Bailey brand. I'm still in awe of how she writes all characters having some unique way of narration, it's unreal.Read. The. Book.

Love and friendship at the core of this series!!
I absolutely loved the feistiness of Roxy, paired with the determination of Louis. When he sees she’s uncomfortable, he becomes her protector… when she needs help, he wants to make it all ok! She loves her independence and wants to achieve success on her own… but she’s learning to lean on him when needed! A quick light read that’s fun and easy!! Looking forward to the next book in the series!!

An Honest Review!
Tessa Bailey’s writing shines in this novel, creating characters with depth and charm. While the story is technically New Adult, it doesn’t feel confined by the typical tropes of the genre. The romance is both steamy and sweet, and the characters’ emotional journey adds depth to the narrative. If you’re in the mood for a fast-paced, sexy, and funny romance, “Chase Me” is an excellent choice. While some readers may find the ending a bit rushed, the overall experience of this book is engaging and satisfying. Tessa Bailey’s talent for crafting sizzling sex scenes is on full display, leaving readers eagerly anticipating the next installment in this series.

5 entertaining, sexy, fantastic, page-turning, pink bunny stars!
New Adult is my favorite genre to read. I discovered this genre about two years ago. I was more of a paranormal reader before I was introduced to so many amazing authors in the NA genre. So when my favorite genre and my favorite author are having a party, I'm the first one to attend! :)Chase Me, by Tessa Bailey, was freakin' fantabulous!!! If you have read Tessa's previous books you probably know that the characters that are fighting for her attention in her writing cave (Oh, what would I give to spend a day there!!!) are IRRESISTIBLE! The first installment of Tessa Bailey's new series will give you all the feels. It's sweet, sexy, romantic, funny and panty-melting hot!Chase Me is the story of Roxy Cumberland and Louis Mc Nally II. Roxy's dreams of becoming an actress in New York, but the lack of interest of the people in the show business world is really making her road to success a bumpy one. When she gets kicked out of her apartment because it's one too many times she can't pay the rent, Roxy turns to a job offer that is not was she had hoped for, but that will at least help her put food in her mouth. When she knocks on a door wearing a pink bunny costume the last thing she expect is to come face-to-face with a hot-as-hell guy.Louis has no clue who the girl behind the pink bunny costume is. After an awkward singing telegram, and an even more awkward conversation, he’s intrigued. When she's about to leave he has one request for her: he wants to see her face. What he sees leaves him breathless and the unforgettable kiss she gives him leaves him speechless. Louis will do whatever it takes to find her. When theirs path’s cross again, Louis is determined to show her that there is more to him. Chasing a pink bunny all over New York City is far from easy, but Louis is ready to get in all kinds of trouble to get Roxy.I freakin' loved Chase Me!!! I was cheering for Team Loxy from beginning to end! It's so easy to fall in love with them! When I read one of Tessa's books I feel like two of my good friends are on this incredible journey to finding love. I stick by their side through ups and downs, and I cheer for them in their moments of happiness. The connection that I feel towards these characters is indescribable! Their chemistry is undeniable and out of this world HOT! Their banter between them is crazy addictive and it left me LOL in so many occasions. I loved how both these characters grew together on this journey. They learned a lot from each other and ended up finding love when they least expected it.It shows that Tessa Bailey had a blast writing Chase Me. It was fun, flirty and fantastic! Each time she starts a new series she does a fantastic job at introducing us to the characters that will make us get lost in their worlds. The supporting cast of characters for Chase Me is sublime! They all fit perfectly in the story. I can't wait to read more about all of them. Need Me is the next installment in the Broke and Beautiful series. This will be Honey and Ben's book. Honey is Roxy's roommate and Ben is Louis' good friend. This will be a forbidden student/teacher romance. Eeeeep! So excited to read about these two!!!!I give, Chase Me, by Tessa Bailey, 5 entertaining, sexy, fantastic, page-turning, pink bunny stars!

Louis & Roxy
Hier einige der besten Sätze/Dialoge:Whats his Name? - Rodrigo. What were you calling him? -MarkThere had been one weak Moment in the shower this morning when he'd considered trying to recreate the kiss with the back of his Hand.Dont be a judgemental rabbit. They're the worst.Jesus, please, make it stop.A lesser woman would have applauded.(Ich habe diesmal soviel markiert, ich könnte den halben Tag so weiter machen :))Lese die ganze Reihe: JaLese mehr von der Autorin: JaLese ich noch Mal: JaLeseempfehlung: JABookboyfriend-Potential: 80%
