I am a tincture person. Next to the herb itself. This is the best way to ingest the herb. The reason why I say that is that this is the next best thing to the ground product. Not bad tasting. I had zero side effects. Mullen is really good for the lungs and it works for me. Appropriate strength. The ingredients are just the herb itself. And I use it almost daily. It isn't meant for energy. It's meant for your lungs so it will help keep your lungs nice and clear.

This product works wonderfully, I couldn't laugh without coughing. When I started using Mullein at first I would caugh up flem, but I was breathing much better. After a week I was breathing is even much better, with less caughing, breathing continues to get better and better. GREAT natural remedy. I use a dropper of Mullein daily have been using for over a year now....

Great product I use it whenever I feel I need to clear my lungs after being sick or being around people who smoke.

Bought this for lung health. It does actually help with certain lung conditions. But isn’t a fix all

I purchase this often because I personally feel it works well and helps with my breathing. This is the only one I will buy because I trust this product.

I’m an herb girlie, i’ve collected and used many to brew teas including mullein- but this tincture has truly worked wonders compared to drinking the herb alone- it’s helped me get all the mucus and gunk out of my chest, out of my throat. I also have a deviation to my septum, so I deal with nasal drip and congestion that goes down my throat on a daily basis. I’ve also smoked the herb heavily since a young teen (i’m in my twenties) I HIGHLY recommend. My sister also had the flu with bronchitis when I received the bottle, and after 2 doses she was finally having a productive cough after a full week and it made her feel so much better that day!! These past few days have been kind of rough coughing up all of the yucky mucus, but that just proves to show how much this is truly working and breaking it all up to come out. 10/10!!! Plus it tastes sweet, I take it straight from the vial.

good amount of product but i feel like its too sweet! i sometimes feel like have to use more because idk if its actually getting the job done. not my favorite mullein tincture
