I am writing this review after almost 3 months of usage. Been researching for a while before I decided to give this one a try. No regrets. Not sure what makes this mattress special... It's perhaps the Latex layer which Is the topmost layer. But it is special. I can assure you that. We love the mattress. It exceeded our expectations. Our teenage child who was not happy with the mattress initially ended up loving it after some time. If you are looking to buy a mattress and have the budget for this one, give it a try. Explore their return policy on their website. For those living in the metros you may be able to try this in one of their stores.

I’m leaving this review after wasting nearly 2 months trying to deal with The Sleep Company over a defective mattress. Their so-called “100-day trial” is a complete sham. All they do is waste your time, make excuses, and treat you like you’re the problem instead of standing behind their product. The mattress itself is an absolute disaster. It came with clear manufacturing defects - uneven, curved edges and completely wrong dimensions. I ordered a standard 72" width, but what I received is a joke: 73" on one end and 74" on the other. How can a mattress not even meet the most basic requirement of fitting a standard bed? It’s literally designed not to fit! Due to this the matress is sinking in while sleeping which triggers back pain, discomfort and sleep less nights. When I raised this issue, their customer care admitted the defect but did nothing to resolve it. Instead, they dragged me through endless back-and-forth, asking for photos and videos (which clearly show the problem), only to keep stalling. At this point, it feels like their process is deliberately designed to frustrate customers until they give up. This company has zero accountability, zero respect for customers, and zero quality control. Save yourself the headache and your money - buy from someone else. The Sleep Company is nothing but false promises and defective products.

The Mattress is ideal for a good night's sleep. The 10 inch width is optimum thickness for hotel-like comfort within my home. It also provides pain relief after a hard day's of workout and office chores. I'd recommend this Mattress if you've the budget for it. I have been using this mattress for the past 3 months. I can say that I no longer feel backache after waking up. The mattress is very comfortable and provides good support while sleeping. One thing you should be careful about is that if you are a light sleeper then you might feel your partner's movements.

This matress is OKAY, Fair for kids not for older ppl as it's very soft .

The Bed is comfy and like jumpy. compared to the other beds at this range.. this one is very comfortable The Bed is quite heavy. Needs 3 men atleast to carry if you order 10 inch beds..
