Good even heat distribution. Needs to be oil treated after each use. Do not allow to dry or it will get rust spots, but that's true for many cast iron pans. The handles are sturdy. We are very pleased with this pan.

Awesome skillet. I love the fact that it can be used on a bbq grill, in your oven or on the stove top. It has a great weight to it and it heats evenly across the surface of the skillet..

It’s look good but only one spot seem damage or something but hope coat it with food oil will prevent any further That why I give it four stars instead of five stars. Will update once coat it and cook it

Quality handles, good size and thickness. It works well for a 14" Chicago style pizza. I've only used it 4 times. Good value for the price.

I purchased this originally to replace a plain steel pizza pan but so far I have found it much more useful for other cooking needs.So far I have baked salmon and made paella using this pan. For pizza I was merely cooking a pre-made store-bought pizza but it was great for that. Now I want to use it to make some home-made pizza. It has a nice deep rim and the cast iron seasoning on the inside is fairly non-stick.It is a bit heavy and has to go in to my oven with the handle sideways (not a entirely horrible thing). It cleans up very easily with a wet washcloth and a spraydown with hot water (after it cools first).Most of my cookware hangs from a pot rack along one wall. This pan is not so heavy that it bends the hooks on the pot rack and it sits flat against the wall so it does not take up much space in storage.I wish I had bought this years ago.

I wanted to try this pan since I was making pizza and did not have a cast iron pan for the oven for this. The first thing I noticed was how beautiful it was while unpacking. The inside is VERY smooth and my pizza cooked perfectly. I am looking forward to using it for paninis with my press and steak, also on the grill. My stove is a gas stove, but I also have an induction burner that I want to try (it should work on that also).I am definitely keeping this pan and actually will order one for my son as well. I like it that much!
