Very good product

The watch is good overall, it has good sound quality, a great display, it is comfortable on your hand and has good performance.The only downsides were the connectivity, your mobile had to be really close to the watch for it to connect and also, the watch has swimming as an exercise so it should be (if you think logically) waterproof but it isn't, the company says it is 'water resistant' but not waterproof (meaning, it can resist the penetration of water but not being submerged in it, (I quoted the company here) )So, those were my only downsides but overall it is a good watch. 👍

The media could not be loaded. Hi All ,I have purchased Fireboltt asteroid model 1.43" smart watch in December 23 . When we tested found different problems such as steps in walking . cycling etc not showing correctly , Blue tooh not pairing ,we have asked for replacement they collected it and send back after 15 days saying repaired and sent back but again we faced same problems again asked to sent video's we sent and picked up and replied will repair and send back but even after 2nd time same issues God knows what really done repair/replacement .So on 3rd time we received with problems i have clearly mentioned I don't want this Asteriod model any more and want to haveI Don't want this asteroid model. And i want this phoenix ultra ACE model as replacement and already informed as I am ready to pay difference amount at time of delivery or in advance But this Boltt CompanyDoesn't want to give this phoenix ultra ACE model and They are sending multiple times this faulty asteroid model. and they are just forcing me to use this faulty model they don't wanna give the new phoenix model even I am ready to pay extra money for the phoenix model.very hopeless service , Bakwas is fireboltt company service and support , I recommend don't purchase any firebolt smart watchesAlso main thing is this hopeless Firebolt company is not owning responsibility to repair faulty piece in warranty period ...All : this is my request as don't purchase anything from this hopeless firebolt company

The smart watch is good .i bought it for 1st time. All basic things are there. Plus point for calling option. The amoled display is also good. High pixel resolution. The one thing i would like to suggest that when we turn off our mobile screen the AI stops working in watch. We have to continues put screen on of mobile then only it works. Rest all is good.
