I tend to get sluggish and tired about mid afternoon and i start to get stressed and anxious and have found that this device really allows me to reflect and unwind and allow me to feel one with myself and back grounded again.

I'm absolutely on my computer all day, so I thought using a grounding mat might help. I recently started using this at the foot of my bed and I am sleeping better. I'm not positive it's because of this grounding mat, but it could be. I can't feel it doing anything but it may be affecting my energy while I'm sleeping. Either way, I don't plan on removing it anytime soon. Definitely worth a try!

This size grounding mat is perfect as I lay it on my keyboard drawer and rest my hands on it along with my computer mouse. Since I spend a good many hours at the computer this works out perfectly for me. The mat is black and comfortable to rest your arms and elbows on. The grounding wrist strap is nice if you need to wear one to bed or are mobile from a flat surface, like a chair, couch or bed.
