Good looking rack.
I bought this rack for my sister in Mexico and is what she was looking for. The rack is good looking, very space effective and does it work. The only but I think is that the welding in one of the rack wires came off and wasn't holding the silverware holder very well. My brother in law spend about 30 min putting it together. It looks good but I think the quality is not very good. Still my sister likes it and if she is happy I am happy.

GREAT except for silverware holder!
Excellent choice for my new apartment and counter. Sturdy, good design, and lots of space for bowls, plates, pots and pan. . Biggest problem is the silverware holder. It's flimsy, the silverware goes through the holes, or every thing goes over and scatters.

Worth it at this price but has flaws. Would give 3.5 stars if possible
It's what you would expect for the price.ProsGood for small spaces and holds quite a bit of dishes, despite its compactnessRemoval drip tray makes it easy to cleanDetachable plastic bottoms make it sturdier than it would otherwise be.10 minutes tops to assembleConsDespite being sturdy, the material is rather cheap. For example, a couple of the screw caps broke while I was screwing them onOnly one drip pan on the bottom. One for each level would be better, but not to be expected at this priceThe plate holder is designed for full size plates and the overall design of the plate holder do not allow for plates to stand by themselves but do do stay uprightThe utensil holder is on the outside with no drip pan, so it leaks on the counter. A way rag underneath solves the problem. No big deal but something to be aware ofInexplicably, the utensil holder's length wise grid had too few bars, so utensils slide out the sides to easilyLike I said, not high end, so don't expect that. It's much better than one of those cheap plastic ones that all of us have probably had at some point.

Decent design, poor execution.
UPDATE: It took all of half a year for this to rust. For a product whose main function constantly exposes it to water, that's unacceptable.I will leave my original evaluation below, as it's mostly about the design and still stands.***************The concept of this rack is fine. It's an excellent option for small spaces - the dual tiers give you enough capacity to make it worth it. And it does look a lot better than the cheap plastic ones. No offense, Rubbermaid. The execution could use some improvement in a few areas:• If this is made of iron under the chrome as claimed, it must be really thin. This rack is very lightweight. I've not encountered any stability issues so far in the month I've used it, but it doesn't exactly inspire confidence either. To be fair, a magnet does stick to it, so there's at least some iron.• The drainage tray needs to be wider. It's sized exactly to the width of the shelves. That's great for aesthetics, but in practical use, be prepared to wipe your counter down more frequently than if you'd gone with the Rubbermaid. Especially if you don't properly center it after you dump it and put it back.• Also with the drainage, there's nothing under the utensil basket or cutting board bracket, which hang on the outside of the rack. Like I said, more wiping, unless you put a towel under it or something.• The slots in the top rack are not quite as deep as they should be in a wire dish rack. The problem is that the two supports running the length of the rack are too close together, allowing only a small section of the edge of the plate to to support it as it sits in the slot. The wider the plate, the smaller the section, proportionately. So you can expect a salad plate to stand securely enough, but a dinner plate may be questionable depending on its design. My 10" plates have a slope from the base to the rim, which gives the dish a wider profile that helps to secure it in most of the slots, more or less. I still have to place them carefully in order to get them to stay put. If I had a cat who liked to climb on the counter, I would never leave plates on there unattended. Also, I say "most of the slots" because, oddly, there are 3 slots that are even wider than the rest, for which I've yet to determine a use. An unusually shallow bowl, maybe? I don't know, but they will not accommodate any dish or pan that I have.On the plus side, it was easy to assemble, the drainage tray removes and replaces quite easily, the whole thing is easy enough to keep clean and, as mentioned, it looks good and it's a great space-saver. Add a few S-hooks for hanging mugs or whatever and you've got even more capacity.

Finally a dish rack that fits in my tiny kitchen!
I needed a narrow dish rack because apparently whoever designed my kitchen didn't expect anyone to actually ever wash dishes (no counter space). A friend had this dish rack, and I followed his suggestion and got one too. It fits in my tiny kitchen and holds all the dishes. It holds way more than you'd think, and it's sturdy. The draw backs: when i assembled it there were 2 small burrs of metal at the end of the 2 supports. I used a nail file and got rid of them. I live in super humid Hawaii, and i have to scrub the rack probably once a week to remove surface discoloring which might turn into rust if left alone. These 2 things are minor in my book, since I'd clean it anyway. The pros: it fits!!! Easy to assemble, tons of space for my dishes, i love the cutting board rack. I wish the utensil holder was a little more solid because occasionally I drop a utensil out the side. Whoops. Overall, great price and exactly what I needed.Updated review: I've had this about a couple of months, and it's rusting. Initially I thought it would be a minor issue since I clean the rack anyway, but it's really inconvenient and I don't particularly feel like sanding off rust. Don't know if I got a faulty one, but for the price it should really last more than two months. This should really be coated with something rust proof. Super disappointed. Took off 2 stars.

The jury is still out on this product
The product does not feel as sturdy as it looks in the picture. The cutting board holding rack design as well as the utensil holder design needs improvement as they continually slip off the area to which they are supposed to hang. The top rack which is for plates, does not support the diameter of a dinner plate. It supports the diameter of a salad plate with no issues. Only time will tell if this product can stand up to the rigors of this household.

Dishes Delight
If you are that rare commodity and still wash your dishes by hand you will appreciate a good drying rack. I found a good example. It is made of light stainless steel meaning it won't rust and will stay looking good for a long time, whilst doing an almost perfect job of air drying your dishes. On the plus side the design allows for a variety of different dishes to be dried at the same time and on the negative the utensil holder could do with narrower gaps on the sides as my teaspoons often slip out. Other than that, I've been very pleased with my purchase.
