SonySEL E Mount 14TC 1.4x Teleconverter - White

Excellent teleconverter!

This is an excellent converter with very little image quality reduction. The first one I got wiggled a bit on the E-mount side. I asked in this forum if that was normal and obviously it wasn't and it was out of tolerance. I returned it to Amazon and with the refund I bought another copy which is tight as it should be. Overall happy.

Used with very large 600mm Sony lens. Results next to perfect even in low light.

Awesome Bit of Kit, Works great with SE 200 - 600 mm lens - Eye focus no problem on A7RV.Gives you that Extra distance - Max 840 mm / 1260mm (Crop Mode) as far as i am aware.Highly Recommended , Mr White.

it does what is expected, little impact on focus speed and sharpness. good quality converter. I prefer it to my 2x converter

I use this with my A7R3 and Sony 200-600mm. The image quality is amazing for a teleconverter. The only downside being autofocus a bit slower and less accurate, but that is the nature of teleconverters.

Although this is expensive it produces good sharp photos with the Sony 200-600mm lens and Sony A7iii

This work quite well with my Sony A9ii 200-600, I tested it out with Peregrine falcons . AF is a little slower but still locks onto the birds well, obviously you get an increase in ISO at f9 but IQ seems to be quite decent .

Great Sony teleconverter. I use it for wildlife and bird photography all the time.

Nun hab ich mir den Telekonverter für mein Set - Sony A7IV und dem Sel200600G gegönnt als Retoure Ware ( Zustand: Gebraucht - Wie neu ) und bin begeistert von der Qualität - Zustand und Preis.

Lo compre porque yo siempre hago fotos de aves muy lejanas con sony a7r4 de 60mpx para recortar las fotos si hace falta y perder poca nitidez. Aún así me quedo corto el zoom sony 200-600. Este duplicado r hace en total 840x perdiendo 1 paso de luz que se nota más a última hora de la tarde.soy eentusista de fotos muy muy definidas y con este 1.4x pierde muy poca resolución pero la pierde y al hacer zoom en las fotos con y si extender apenas note diferencia con y sin 1.4x de detalles de Fotos muy lejanas

Hello,I did a lot of testing with my Sony A7IV and Sony 200-600 mm and couldn't find quality loss.There is not a lot of difference in mm going from 600 to 840 mm. But if you are like me and shoot little birds in the distance and crop your photo's afterwards, it is useful.Because if you crop a lot without the 1.4 you get a smaller image in px/cm.With the 1.4 you are already a bit closer, so you don't have to crop thát much and keep more px/cm. And so you can print larger images.I shot a buzzard some time a go, on a gray rainy day with f9.0 and different iso's and with a bit of noise reduction, the images look fine for me.I had 30 days to return it, but could not find a reason. So I kept it.

Il TC 1.4x è un teleconverter di Sony di altissima qualità costruttiva, la sua robustezza si sente subito tra le mani e la presenza del piccolo labbro gommato anti polvere/umidità conferma l'intenzione di Sony di creare un prodotto che sia affidabile e senza compromessi.La luce che passa è a mio avviso un po troppo ridotta, mi aspettavo uno STOP invece il luminoso f6.3 diventa un triste f9 che comunque garantisce ottima sfocatura e definizione, il mio 200.600G Sony è 100% compatibile e spazia da f8 a f9 minimo.. inevitabile un briciolo di perdita in dettaglio ma è trascurabile a mio avviso... AF rimane abbastanza rapido e reattivo..Costa moltissimo.... si.. ma se serve quel colpo di zoom in più è da comprare assolutamente!..Preso usato in Amazon warehouse al pari del nuovo. Super affare !
