I did 3 day of these. I find it really easy, I wasn't hungry at all and I lost 6lb. I felt really clean and energised, going to fo these at least once every 3 months

Most are nice flavours and all drinkable. Haven’t really felt hungry on these really (only in the evening for short period) managed nothing else (except water) and 2 small coffees on day 2 as I was having headaches from caffeine withdrawals.I suffer from extremely bloated stomach and daily stomach craps due to possible food allergies but I’ve not had any pain what so ever since having these drinks.Would do again but may try the soups as the drinks get a bit boring.

I have done quite a few cleanse over the years and I must admit this is the best, easiest, most delicious juice cleanse I have ever done I had nuts and fruits when I felt hungry and I lost 6.2 kg (13.6lbs) after 10 days.

Not sure how nutritious these are for the purpose of detox.So sickly sweet and full of sugar will not repurchase.

Some of them had leaked so didn’t managed to get the full experience which was abit gutting. They tasted nice but I didn’t loose any weight. Maybe will try again another time.

The juices don't taste good. Most tasted like the ingredients hadn't been prepared properly and like dirt had been left on them. The taste makes it harder to drink them. Left a nasty taste in my mouth. Really expensive for what you get.

I have done quite a few juice cleanses over the years and have never experienced the revitalisation I experienced with this cleanse. I have been suffering with bloating the past few months and doing the 3 day cleanse has made the bloating subside and I feel energised. I did have coffee first thing every morning because I have a toddler and just need to get through the mornings! (I know you're not meant to but I am still happy with the results regardless.) I actually struggled to drink the last juice of the day because I felt like I didn't need it. Would happily do this cleanse again.

Did what they were supposed to, I did feel after the three days my stomach had gone down and on the scales I had lost 4 pounds. I enjoyed the flavour of the juices. I personally could not go longer than the 3 days as I was getting bored of just having juice, and on day 4 I went easy with introducing solid foods as I know this can go through you very quickly! I would do this again when I have an event coming up that I need to loose a few pounds for.
