Works great. Helps with Stability over the gimbal alone
I have a right that is a little on the heavier side for MT2, so it could get a little cumbersome for longer shots. Adding this second hand grip helps a lot with overall stability. It also has mount points for adding an external monitor, or any other accessory you may not want directly on the gimbal.

This is NOT the ones in the pictures! It’s NOT an original Hohem Briefcase handle! This ad is NOT GENUINE!

Blocks the USB port
I want to run a NP-F battery on the side of the handle arm and plug into the gimbal to keep both the gimbal and the camera running longer. With this handle, you can't do that because the arm blocks the charging port. Also, with the port blocked, it's impossible to charge the gimbal unless you remove the handle.
