Scots Guards - Volume 1: Standard Settings of Pipe Music

The music is excellent, however, for the price i would have expected a far better quality book cover. The cover seems to be in my opinion a poor quality paper back. Please mr publishers can we do better.

The book that every piper needs (along with Vols 2 and 3, of course!), Never dates. Universally used. No more need be said really. Would perhaps benefit from hard covers and ring binding to make it a wee bit easier to use, but I know this would add significantly to the cost. Say no more! Off to practice!

Excellent value, just what I wanted.

This book is loaded with tunes of all sorts. My bagpipe teacher told me if I could only buy one music book, make it this one.

This is the one for all pipers, 2 more volumes and I'm sure they are just as complete and informative. Who needs anything more?
