Decent if you specifically want this look
These are cute and stylish, but for this style, they need to be a bit bigger. As far as I know, I don't have a big head (at least not literally). Also, they do feel a bit cheap. You can get pretty sturdy/trendy sunglasses for $12 w/o even going to Amazon. So, I do think these are a bit overpriced. These are not polarized. I don't know if they are scratch-resistant, but I haven't had any issues (and I may have dropped them once or twice). They are comfortable.

Great Product!
I only had my sunglasses for a short while before they grew legs and walked away lol, but they did what I needed them to do and fit my face well! Great product for sun protection, value and functionality! Was not heavy on my face and they truly did fit phenomenally compared to other sunglasses! Once I can get another pair, I just might!
