I love this stuff. It tastes like lemonade, just a lot less sugary. Digestion wise, it does help with digestion, just not in a manner that's going to make you go bolting to the nearest bathroom (phew). There is no weird smell. I know with a lot of drink mixes sometimes you get this weird taste or smell with it. Not this. Energy wise? A little boost but nothing huge. It does dissolve slow so you really gotta stir to mix it into your water. Overall, I plan to keep buying this.

One of my absolute favorite drinks when I feel bloated! Nobody likes to talk about it but it’s great! If you like lemonade, you’ll love this flavor!! It’s great for the money as well! Yummmm

The flavor is not too good but it doesveork

Taste In terms of taste, the strawberry flavor was much better in comparison and I'd encourage whoever tries this flavor first to give that one a chance. It literally tastes like pale lemon to me, I ordered it twice to check to see if that's the taste or if I just got a bad batch the first time around. They tasted the same. Quality Compared to a more affordable option like Meta Mucil, this felt more luxurious and costs a little more for that pleasure. The positive is that it does not thicken after a while compared to the psyllium fiber powders, if you have something against thick water. Health benefits It actually works. It debloats you and adds to your daily fiber intake, therefore it's true to it's word in terms of advertising. Ease of use I usually added it to my gym blender bottle and the powder dissolved quite quickly. You're supposed to drink it within 15 minutes since there are probiotics in the powder.

Helps me get rid of stomach bloat. Love it.

Not sure if i received a bad batch but it's hard to get this to dissolve. The pic of the clearer water is with the powder just sitting for two days and I just swinging the glass to try to mix it but didn't really mix. the darker glass i did try with a spoon but as you can see there still chunks of product still at the bottom of the glass. Tastes good and all, just found it odd that it didn't wanna mix so easily

Tasted fine. Harder to dissolve in water that was too cold. Made me feel hydrated not sure how much impact with bloating it had.
