Invest In Something BETTER
By far one of the most disgusting preworkouts I’ve ever had. It’s not bad the first 2 or 3 times but when you’ve take more than than that it’s nauseating. It gave me really bad heartburn, but it does give you a little boost of energy the side effects and taste are just nasty. Not really worth it when you can spend $5 more and have something tastier and with less side effects and more energy.

It easy to order and pick up. The ability to order different flavors that I can not find in my locals stores is good also.

Not my favorite flavor
Generally I have been pretty happy with BPI preworkout but this mixed berry flavor is terrible. My wife says it’s fine but I swear it almost has a subtle egg smell to it which is really off putting in the morning, moving forward I’ll just stick to BPI’s snow cone flavor which is my favorite. Aside from the smell/taste, it still gets me pumped for my workout.
