Aye super handy in the hot weather
Got this for my home office to place behind my laptop and hub to keep them cool and keep the air moving in the scorching heat.Plugs into any USB port and comes with 3 speed settings. It is an old fashioned type switch (not button) so you can set it on low for example and leave it there - when you next turn the power on it will come on as well. The little rubber feet are a great touch. Because I have this sitting on my desk, all vibration noises are eliminated and it really makes it as non intrusive as it could get. Will defo be buying again

A bit too loud
The media could not be loaded. I used this fan to convert an oak sideboard into an AV cabinet. This fan looks professional and is powerful, but it's too loud. Even when set to "low" you can easily hear it. I leave the cabinet door open and turn off the fan when I'm listening to music or watching TV. It annoys me that I can hear the fan every time I walk into the room.Use M5 bolts and nuts and M5 x 20mm washers to install this on thinner cabinets (if the supplied screws will pass through your cabinet's side). There is no switch to reverse direction. To reverse it, you have to remove the fan from its guard, flip the fan around, and reattach the guard. My plan was to use 2 of these fans - one in the top of the unit that blows the hot air OUT (since hot air rises), then another fan at the bottom to pull cool air IN. After testing the temp with my lazer thermometer, I found that even on low, 2 fans cooled my stereo too much. Too much cooling may sound like a good thing, but electronics are meant to reach a certain operating temperature to sound and work their best (for example my Benchmark DAC runs at about 33C, any lower and the midrange sounds too thin). So I have disconnected the bottom fan and will save it as a backup. 1 fan on low works for me.

Very Easy and Convenient to Use
If you have an older device or an electronic device which is stored somewhere quite enclosed, these fans are a simple way to improve the cooling without having to make any major changes with very little electronic and DIY knowledge. They are very easy to use, you just plug them into USB power and select the speed from low, medium or high on the switch. Being USB is very convenient as a lot of the devices you may want to use them on will likely have a USB port making it very easy to install.I ordered the 120mm fans which provide a good amount of airflow. Probably not good enough to be the main cooling for a PC case for example but plenty for smaller, lower-power devices such as a router or projector. They also come with fan guards and silicone pads to reduce the noise which is a nice touch. Overall, I think these fans are a great option for a very affordable price.

Good for cooling my router.
Plugged into the usb port on my router.Bigger than I was expecting so put one below and one above to pull hot air through.Speed control is easy if a little noisy at high speed.

Good quality, quiet and useful fans
The fans, made from metal and silicone, feel very well-made and of good quality. Thanks to the vibration dampening mute pads on either side of the fan cases, the fan runs very quietly and is almost silent on the lowest setting. There are three speeds to choose from, with the fastest achieving 1500 rpm, which is more than enough to keep my amplifier and Xbox cool in the TV stand unit, which is what I am using mine for.I like that the fans are powered via USB, as this is very convenient and allows me to place them where there are no plug sockets and power them via a power bank. These are a good set of fans for a reasonable price, and I am very happy with them.
